"Crystal took my call around 430 and assistance me thr best way she could. She was very polite and patient with what I was requesting. We we're able to get when I needed done but she called me back after her shift was over and still tried assisting me. I ran out of time due to work but she offered to call me back to help me set up my account to make sure I can save.
